Welcome to Moes Mobile Detailing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our website located at www.moemobiledetailing.com (together or individually "Service") operated by Moe's Mobile Detailing ("Company", "I", "my", "me").

1. Introduction

Your agreement with me includes these Terms and my Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Agreements and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, you may not use the Service. However, please let me know by emailing [email protected] so I can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

2. Communications

By using my Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information I may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications by:

● Following the unsubscribe link in any email sent.

● Emailing directly at [email protected].

3. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply information relevant to your Purchase including your credit/debit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.

● Representations: You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all information is true and complete.

● Third Parties: I may use third-party services to facilitate payment. By submitting your information, you grant me the right to provide this information to these third parties subject to my Privacy Policy.

● Order Rejection: I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in description/price, or suspicion of fraud/unauthorized transactions.

4. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules separate from these Terms. If you participate, please review the applicable rules. If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will take precedence.

5. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").

● Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle")—either monthly or annually.

● Auto-Renewal: At the end of each cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless canceled by you or me.

● Payment: A valid payment method is required. If automatic billing fails, an electronic invoice will be issued for manual payment within a specific deadline.

6. Free Trial

Moes Mobile Detailing may, at my sole discretion, offer a Free Trial for a limited period.

● Billing Info: You may be required to enter billing information to sign up.

● Conversion: You will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. On the last day, unless canceled, you will be automatically charged the Subscription fees.

● Modification: I reserve the right to modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time without notice.

7. Fee Changes

I may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any change will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. I will provide reasonable prior notice to give you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before the change takes effect.

8. Refunds

I do not issue refunds of the original purchase of the Contract. Please ensure you review your selection carefully before finalizing any purchase.

9. Content & Intellectual Property

Content found on this Service is the property of Moe's Mobile Detailing or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain without express advance written permission from me.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to use the Service:
● In any way that violates national or international law.

● To exploit or harm minors or expose them to inappropriate content.

● To send "spam," "chain letters," or unauthorized advertising.

● To impersonate Moe's Mobile Detailing, an employee, or another user.

● To engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s enjoyment of the Service.

Additionally, you agree not to:

● Use any robot, spider, or automatic device to access or monitor the Service.

● Introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious material.

● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.

● Attack the Service via denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.

11. Analytics

I may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of my Service.

12. No Use By Minors

Service is intended only for individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from both access and usage of the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by law, you will hold me and my employees harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
